Arrived in London, On today. Long day, 670 KM with two border crossings. Some awesome country. A lake around every bend after leaving Kenora. The Great Lakes are hugh. You would almost think you were on the ocean. Spent alot of time along Lake Superior shoreline. Awesome!
G Kids - White River is the home of the bear Winnie the Pooh. Bought by a soldier and named it Winnie after his home of Winnipeg. He took it to London where he later gave it to the London Zoo. Here the author Milne worked (had a son Christopher) and later named him Winnie the Pooh and the rest is history (as they say).
Not all campgrounds are as advertised and internet is poor. They aren't booked up. Wouldn't have needed to prebook. For the most part the traffic is still not bad. Unsure where everyone is but I am sure we will find out. Now that we think we have the GPS figured out, WE THINK! life should be more relaxing.
